Datasets are like tables where you use their columns to supply the data that your dashboard’s data blocks will display. Essentially, they are the data source for your block.
Datasets are essential for building dashboards that effectively communicate the information you want to convey.
To start creating your dataset, there are two options:

Connect dataset button in the right-hand block editing panel..gif)
You can create datasets from the available integrations, as well as from CSV or XLSX files stored on your device.
The main difference is that with datasets created through integrations, you can set them to refresh at specific intervals, ensuring that the blocks connected to these datasets always have up-to-date data.
For datasets created with files from your device, you can update the data too, but you'll need to upload the file again to do that.
